Update 3.09 is there for street fighters V , and here is the complete list of changes and corrections added to this patch.
For all versions of Street Fighter V today a new update is available, which was published by Capcom. The main purpose of the new update is to introduce the new characters of Oros and Akira. You may know Akira from Rival Schools, while Oros originally showed up in the first version of Street Fighter 3 many years ago.
Apart from the new characters, the existing fighters were greatly balanced in the squad of the game. The patch size for the new update is about 29 GB to 30 GB both on PS4 and Steam.

General adjustments
Combination counts
The details of the adjustments made on the combo number are listed below .
- boot value of the combo counting: _ _The numerical value used to indicate when an air combo starts with a specific movement . JE Less the combo boot value of a train is, the easier it is for this train to start an air combo and vice versa.
- Combo Count Profit: _ _Ein numeric value, which increases when moving is integrated into an air combo. Je smaller the combo count gain is, the easier it is to enter an air combo and vice versa.
_ Combo counting limit: _ Ein numeric value used to determine up to which point a movement can land in an air combo. JE Larger The COMBO counting limit is a train, the easier this train can be integrated into a combo.
Changes to V-Shift commands
V-SHIFT changed to activate for forward / reverse + MK + HP.
V-Shift is a powerful defense mechanics that was first introduced in Street Fighter V. We first remember that his introduction would considerably affect the regular tactics in conjunction with blocking and retreat, which led to the decision to limit V-Shift to neutral commands._
