As Reuters has reported, Unity Software has decided to establish a joint company in China valued at one billion American dollars under the name of Unity China . The agreement has been officially closed today, August 9, and marks the goal of unity to expand along the globe. The firm, according to the British agency, has been associated with large Chinese technology companies such as Alibaba Group, China Mobile Ltd, Oppo and Douyin, the creators of Bytedance (a Chinese version of Tiktok). However, the American company will retain the majority property and, therefore, the control of this joint company in China.
