Storms affect amateur football: Generalabsage of the HFV

Amateur League | Day 6 - Reapers Vs Storm In Hamburg, due to the current weather conditions, no mandatory games in amateur football will take place, as the HFV announced on Thursday evening on his homepage. Previously, the district offices of the northern metropolis had blocked all state sports facilities because of the storm low "Ylenia" and "Xandra", which have "numerous storm damage led to the local sports facilities". Not affected by the Generalabsage are the games of the North German Soccer Association and the DFB.

"Since the weather is to deteriorate again at night from Friday to Saturday, the district offices in consultation with the Hamburg Football Association close all state sports facilities (including the leased or sports associations supervised to sports facilities) up to date Tuesday, 22.02.2022. The sports club with club-owned equipment is also recommended the closure of your sports facilities, "it says in a message from the district offices. On Monday, the local sports departments of the city of Hamburg together want to combine together with a sports facility on behalf of Hanseatic city, make a damage to damage and, if necessary, release individual systems for sports operation. "The communicable sports departments work with high pressure to eliminate the storm damage. Unfortunately it is not excluded that individual sports facilities for security reasons still have to remain blocked beyond Tuesday," says district offices.

But not only in Hamburg, the storm trends regained. Also in other parts of the Federal Republic, in which also mating had to be canceled, left "Ylenia" and "Xandra" massive damage.
